After spending her childhood summers in Hilo, Sunita relocated to the Big Island permanently after earning a B.A. in psychology from the University of Hawaii Hilo. Her career has been shaped by her love for the island's lifestyle, as well as her experience living abroad in Spain, where she became fluent in Spanish, and traveling extensively throughout Europe, Costa Rica, and South Africa.
With a strong foundation in customer service, Sunita has developed a reputation for providing exceptional real estate guidance to her clients. She is a consistent top producer in East Hawaii, specializing in residential and investment properties. Sunita is a current board member of the Hawaii Association of Realtors and a past board member of Hawaii Island Realtors. Outside of work, Sunita is passionate about ocean sports, including surfing and competitive ocean swimming, and enjoys taking on personal real estate renovation projects with her husband. She is also committed to being a positive role model for her family and the wider community.
